I agree, i only saw them today (pay day), and it is not shown of your loyalty at all. hard to track, bad layout. btw PM account web is still super slow, how hard to improve that?
You should still get your raf bonus it may take a few days to show up from what I read on other posts. Or it may show up on your renewal date or posably on there renewal date to show up.
your referal still there, but it is not shown like a list , you can see them under your reward/points section after you are renewed. and you can only redeem manually once you have 15 points.
It's not wiped but its harder to see. Dependent on your Legacy Rewards or Public Points system, it will not tell you how many referrals you have but it will be in points or $$. So for 5 referrals you'd see 5 extra points or dollars.
