Referral discount missing

@CS_Agent in our Community The referral discount I should get for having a friend sign up with my referral code is no longer active, they are still using Public Mobile

are you on the legacy rewards system? If you are , check the Friends list from the rewards site and see if your friend's number there.

If you're are Public Points, it won't show you the friends' number list, but it will show the total number of friends, is the total correct?

@JA8  Did their account suspend . Did you change plans immediately and not on renewal . If no to both questions.then please message support
