@Vizioman the $10 to the newly joined will be in his/her account within 72 hours.  Please wait the full 72 hours first

And for you, you will see the 1 extra rewards in the referral list couple more days later of you are on Legacy rewards program, or you will see the 1 extra point after next plan renewal if you are on Public Points rewards 

if waited long enough and still don't see it, please have the one just joined to open a single ticket for both of you

 

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

It can take up to 72 hours to show up on both accounts. If it's been more than 72 hours, you can reach out to a CS Agent via this link
