Why was my referal code not accepted when my friend signed up ?

Yup, until the  your friend code is sorted out , PM Support is your friend's best friend, ask them to Chat Bot Simon to get a ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent

 

Use the steps provided above

@fisnaris   After your friend entered your code during the activation process, they may not have applied it and not gotten the green check mark.  No problem though, they can get that fixed.

Your friend will have to have a PM customer service rep fix it for them.

They can reach them by using the Chat Bot Simon to get a ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent

@fisnaris   you friend could have copied or entered wrong

 

But no worry, ask your friend to open a SINGLE ticket with PM Support for both of you .  They will validate and add the friend referral credit back

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
