Hello, my friend just signed up for Public Mobile on August 9, 2022 and used my referral code. I did not get any notification and could not find it in my account. How can I get it?

@Smagnaye hi if you don't see the 1 dollar referral in the rewards section of your account or they don't see the 10 dollars then they need to
contact customer service to find out why

Hi @Smagnaye your friend should see the $10 in My Account within 72 hours. For you, you see see it on My Rewards Friend list within 1 or 2 days
If any problem, ask your friend to open 1 ticket with CS Agent for both of you
to open ticket with CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

your friend need to open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it out
