How to connect a refer a friend code to an account that is now activated but wasn’t before.

if you missed a friend code when you activate, support agent can help to add it back for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
The new account should see the $10 in Available Funds after agent added it back. The one referred will see the extra friend on Rewards site within a week later
