I am a new customer and my sister sent me her “refer a friend” code and I don’t know what happened but I did not receive my 10$ credit and she did not receive a notification stating she has a new friend referral ! Is there a was this can be fixed ? Thanks

How long ago did you activate your new account? It can take up to 72 hours to show up in your available funds.
If more than 72 hours, submit a ticket via the chatbot. Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit ticket. It can take several hours to 1-2 days for CSA to respond.

@Kie you should see it with in 72 hours after activation . If it’s been more then 3 days ask support to ensure it was applied correctly .if it hasn’t ask them to add it for you
