@CS_Agent hi. I bought. Esim with public mobile first i install it. But the internet was not working so i delete it. And now i cant install it again can you help me reste my account please

Correct! According to Help replacing existing eSIM if it fails is free. Good luck if you get 'accidentally' charged...

I cant login to the app bécause i cant get the txt vérification because i delete the esim

now you need a new esim. Use the PM app and get a new one to activate the acct.

@Ericpop Shoot once you delete eSIM you have to log into the app and re buy eSIM

you need to re-buy it again using the app. But according to the Help article, PM won't charge it since you already have an eSIM
But to login My Account, make sure you click "Didn't receive code" and " send email" to get the code via email
if you cannot login, just message support agent for help instead:
