I took my card off so my payment couldn’t automatically come out and it did when I didn’t want it to. How do I change that and get the funds back? I took it off so it didn’t come out

@User26   So, you were trying to remove the card so it won't renew for another cycle?  and it got renewed (hence you still have service now?)

It might be hard to ask for refund if you didn't take off your card or stop the Autopay properly.   You properly have to show them you did everything correctly.   You can try to open a ticket with PM and see what they say.

If you removed your credit card information before autopay or payment date, it should not have charged you.

You will need to contact customer service agent (CSA) for potential refunds:

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA.  Type: payment problem.  Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Expect a few hours response time.  Check your private message inbox (envelope icon on upper right corner of website) for response.
