Login to your self-serve account to get your account number on the overview page.

 

You can reset your password if you remember the answer to your security question using the "forgot your password? link on the login page.

 

If you forgot your answer to you security question, create a moderator support ticket for help using the Chat button at the bottom right corner of this page.
Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - use "forget password and answer to security question"

If you’re not able to actually log into your account, then you can reach out to a moderator and they will help you.

If you log into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca, it's in the type right hand corner of your screen. The account number is also in the e-mail message that Public Mobile sent you immediately after activation.
