Im i was charge 4 time my payement. I just wont my money back on my card please it's 150$

I removed your screenshoot from the post, but you will need to removed the photo from your community profile page.  Click on profile icon on right upper corner of website.  Go to My profile.  Click on photos (right side).  Click on the photo right upper corner, there should be a delete icon.  

 

As mentioned above, you do have the available funds for future payments and it looks like that you changed plans from $25 to $50 plan two days later.  PM does not prorate plans and generally does not offer refunds since prepaid service.  A moderator may be able to adjust your account and if you need the extra money back right away, refund to credit card.  YMMV.

Did you make a plan change right after your renewal and change from the $25 plan to the $50 plan? Normally there is no prorating but the moderators may be willing to adjust your account because? it kind of went sideways in there.....

So we can look at it easier I have cropped your screenshot to remove your sensitive info so you can delete yours from your profile so you are not putting your account info at risk as this is a public forum.

Ok that one is better but you should still remove it because of your account #.

 

When you were topping up did it not look like it went thru....so you tried again?

Well thankfully thats a  blurry image or I would be able to see your account #. So delete that one from your photos in your profile and if you try again either crop your screenshot or edit out the personal details with the mark up tool in your photo editing. 

 

But it does appear like you have four identical charges.....from what I can see sort of see...

Wow that's the first time I've heard of 4 charges from the autopay system. Do you see the extra charges in your balance? Your credit card statement do some of the charges show as pending and one as posted?

If you are good with chatbots you can click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type quadruple charged and human and follow the prompts to submit your ticket. Or if you are like me and find simple simon very frustrating then do this method instead....

 

Send a private message...   Contact the moderators by sending a private message and leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the following information:  

 

  1. Full name and address on pm account. ( Or province and postal code for newer accounts.)
  2. Email, phone # and pin #.

 

If  you cannot remember your pin # include at least three ( if they apply)of the following:

 

  1.  Date of birth (n/a on newer accounts.)
  2. Last payment, date, amount, type and last 4 digits.
  3. Alternate phone number if any.
  4. Security question and answer.
  5. Plan amount, any add ons or promos on account.
  6. Last 4 digits of sim card.
  7. Any rewards in your account.
  8. Autopay y/n?
  9. Account #.
  10. Frequently called/texted phone numbers in the last 30 days.  

 

The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for non urgent requests. Current wait times are about one hour and are probably even less as I have had some very quick responses in tne past week.

 

Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

 

 Do not post any of this info in the community only in your private messages when communicating or contacting the Moderator_Team.

Oh dear....was this during activation or your renewal? Can you log into your account and check your payment history to see if the extra charges are there as well. You will have to contact the moderators to arrange a refund to your card.
