I just switched from Eastlink and getting this message on screen

Network key?  Trails left: 10.

What do I do?

This merans that you cannot use the phone at Public Mobile until it first gets unlocked. You'll need to contact Eastlink.  Also, for it to work at Public Mobile, you'll need to make sure that it support UMTS bands 2 and 5 (or phone calls won't work at Public Mobile).

 @Maryannhines : It sounds like your phone is locked to Eastlink. Call them to unlock it. Or if it's a Samsung, they can help you too.
