The chatbot was not able to help me with this issue. And I’ve tried asking it several times now. I switched over my number to public mobile 4 days ago, still not able to receive text messages. I’ve created 2 tickets in customer support but still haven’t been contacted. Thinking about switching back to my previous provider as the customer support is just not there with public mobile
