The OTP code sent to email does not work. Tried multiple ones to setup an Eversafe ID and the code sent does not work when entered. Keep saying incorrect code. I have typed it correctly each time. Tried multiple times even having the code resent using the "resend code option". The maintenance performed overnight introduced bugs in the system.
Please fix the issue and advise.

this issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again. Please try
