Try one or more of the below:

 

*turn off your phone for a minute, than rebooting  

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

Try your SIM into another phone to see if you have any services...to rule out a phone issue.

 

IF still issues, ask CSA to check your account. Methods to contact CSA here:

Can you post screen print of your account status (remove personal data) so we can see what is exactly going on, please.

 @Jaspreet123 : Or are you thinking that this is a pay as you go place? It's not. It's a 30 day plan. Just adding money doesn't give you services.

Is there any fund showing up as Available Fund in My Account?

If so, is Available Fund = your plan amount you just paid?  if so, the amount is there and just PM not renewing your plan.

 

Can you try to pay $1 more (going to One Time Payment, select Other and enter the amount $1) .  Once payment went through,  click Reactive Current Plan button.  , logoff My Account and reboot the phone.

@Jaspreet123: Are you on the $15 plan? Do you see the line saying minutes on your overview page? Do you see the line saying data on your overview page?
