@chain : Can you click on the little envelope next to your mountain avatar and if you have messages, then click on the subject line to open them. But if it's been a week then they've probably closed the ticket for lack of response. You'll need to re-engage with them.
So from when you started, you don't see $10 having been added to your account in the Payment history (not payment card)?
@Dunkman : just remove what needs to be removed anyway.
