hey maybe you can help me?  I tried to add my landline phone to my cell this morning, and thought I followed all the procedures correctly (my home phone now shows up as alternative number in my profile) but now my regular cell number is gone and when I check my own cell number on my phone it shows my wifes name and number?  and when I tried calling someone on my cell, it showed them my phone number as it was my landline number but when someone tried to phone me on the landline number it still goes to my landline?  and people calling my cell number dont get through to me anymore!  I need to fix this asap!  HELP!  I did send a private message to CS agent with the link you provided but have not heard anything back...

@colinandwendi call your landline provider and have them cancel the port if still in progress.

@colinandwendi  who is your landline provider? What are there options for forwarding the number to another phone number, check with them.

Can you call your landline provider and cancel the port, if this is the process you started. If this was recently, today/yesterday, hopefully the landline provider can stop the process.

 

You said you already submitted a ticket with Public Mobile, so check back to that ticket and reply to it for a status.

So there is no way to have the landline forwarded to your cell without 2 accounts?  And yes I guess I did transfer my landline over my cell... how can I undo this?

I was told I could keep the landline number and have it forwarded to the cell (as other friends have done) and that is what I trying to do... should I try to change it back to my cell number the same way?

 @colinandwendi : It sounds like you perhaps inadvertently transferred in your landline over top of your old number. Were you trying to make it an additional number to call your cell? She don't work that way. The only way to have multiple numbers coming to your cell would be dual-SIM and two accounts.

So what were you trying to accomplish

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
