I used the app, yes. but the app still uses a default browser in the background.

the A&W app was the root of the problem, yes.

So, the A&W app caused your activation problem?  

and you used PM app to activation, right?

I resolved the problem by setting DuckDuckGo as default browser on my Note8 because I noticed Google Chrome was crashing frequently. Later I discovered the root of the problem, it was my A&W APP causing Google Chrome issues. Deleted the A&W APP and Google Chrome is working again.

I am also unable to activate my eSim as of March 16, 2024 1:54 PM PST.

The app said "Subscription not activated" and to contact customer support.

The website maintenance did not affect your activation issue since it is for tomorrow.
