I’m new to public mobile. I understand your concern because I also ran into a password issue I couldn’t resolve on my own. But I looked through the website menus and learned you can get agent support for issues of a more complicated nature like this by submitting a ticket from here https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/send-us 

 

I was actually surprised at how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to resolve my issue.
