From customers' previous experience, agents are accommodating refunding wrongly purchased add-ons particularly if they are Canadian add-ons. Ask them nicely and especially if you want to replace wrongly purchased add-on with what you actually needed it will be easier for them to swap.

The Customer Support Agents will credit the value of the add-on purchase you DID NOT want onto your Available Funds. (presuming you didn't use it already), effectively removing that one from your account.
From there, you'll be able to use that credit value toward the purchase of the intended or desired add-on purchase you wanted to make.
