Also, why did I have to create a new nickname to access community this time?  There was no sign in link, only "create a nickname" even though I already did that before...

@DavidMary1  If you bought the incorrect add on first and will need to submit ticket with support to ask if they can reverse it for you

Update: I willnever use the roaming add-on.  I can't wait for the US long distance so I am adding it now.  I just need the roaming one removed.  Thank you.
