Can an agent/mod please assist have reset my phone etc.

@brockster - have you called 611 to check the data balance on your account to see if it matches My Account?

If data is remaining, try 1 or more of the below:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
  • move your sim card to another phone to see if services works

@brockster hi reseat your sim and reboot your phone if that doesn't help

Did you buy the data because it seemed to stop? Your image (while possibly not properly refreshed) shows some data left in another add-on. Click the little spinner refresh icon below the list or use incognito.

Can you provide images of your APN settings.
