I submitted a ticket how does it take for a response?

@Rob19   cool..  just monitor the Community inbox.  Just in case no one reply in 24 hours, message them again.

 

But as I said, i asked something earlier today and the response was quick, so, let's hope same for you

 

add: this is a manual process, not automated, so, it takes time  🙂

You will be contacted by an agent through private messages on yoir Community Account. I suggest you to turn on notifications for private messages. That way, when an agent contacts you, you don't miss it and reply back within 24 hrs. Hope it helps!

@Rob19   in terms of how fast support comes back, looks like they are coming back fast.  I submitted a question and I got a reply within 30 mins.

if so, you just need to monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right  or https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
