Public mobile is sending a code to a different number

Hi, I'm trying to login , but when ots comes to the step to send a code, it get send to a different number that ends wiht "427" my number ends with "251"

@Ro-gomes - Click on "Didn't Get the Code?" and click on "Send as email"

If it does not show up or shows as "Resend Code" some people have said typing random 2FA codes 4 times brings up the email option menu.

And then click on "Profile" then click on "Manage Eversafe" and then click on the arrow next to phone number and type in your actual number.
