Hello to the community
I need your help
Yesterday I made the transition from "Petro Canada mobility" to "Public Mobile". I made a phone number transfer.
Except now I'm having a problem. I am able to call, send and receive textos, except that my incoming calls go directly to my voice mailbox.
How can i fix this situation

Thank you

@isrdum  Unfortunately Petrocan mobility is one of the mobile providers that require moderator  intervention. It's normally recommended to get a temporary  number first. Follow the instructions  by @mimmo  to contact a moderator.

@darlicious

Not true.  I ported my Speakout number to PM in 4 hours without moderator assistant.  PetroCanada Mobility and Speakout are managed by Ztar Mobile.

@isrdum

While waiting for moderator, read about how I port my Speakout number(same as PetroCanada Mobility) to PM in 4 hours without moderator assistant.  You need to provide IMEI# of your current phone to port to PM.

Edit: my bad Petrocan does not require a moderator...mixed it up with pc mobility see @popping  post below...

@Triguy  your link goes to the get help page not Simon.  Not sure if that is intentional.  But on get help I don't see a ask me something line

@isrdum  did you get an sms about a completed port? Does your old sim still work? Is it your new pm voicemail or your old sim voicemail?

These are indicators of a failed port.

To get failed ports fixed use Simon the question mark on bottom of screen to start a support ticket.

Your port is incomplete.  You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator.

If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help ->click on chat with Simon - on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"
