Public Mobile blocking my number transfer to Koodo?

I'm having trouble transferring my existing (active) Public Mobile number to Koodo. When I call Koodo, they say Public Mobile is blocking the transfer. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for the reply. I should have added more detail. When I enter either the IMEI or my PM Account No. on the Koodo side, it says I entered an incorrect number. After trying multiple times with the same result, I called Koodo and that's when they told me it seems PM put a block on the transfer.

I just sent you a pm to your in box with porting number. Hopefully they can help you. Check the little envelop icon, top right side of page will be highlighted.
