What is happening after March 16, 2021, with Public Mobile?

@Sunshine-754  Telus is shutting down parts of its 3G network in Brandon/Winnipeg. As many old phones, and all current PM/Koodo prepaid accounts, can only access calling on 3G service will become spotty. 
Currently, the only suggestion from Telus is to move to their post paid service. 😩
This change also impacts Bell. 
Long term all carriers will close 3G, just as CDMA & 2G have been, and we will all use VoLTE for calling /texting.

EDIT:  Oh, and some users in Manitoba may get a time-out from using their devices to enjoy said "Sunshine"...
