Public Eversafe ID & password reset not working

Hey, I am desperately trying to log into my Public account (created in June 2022).

I have the email and password but it says that the credentials are incorrect or unknown. Also sending a password reset email doesn't work (not receiving anything anywhere) probably because I have not setup the eversafe ID (whatever that is).

Is there a support email where I can contact a support agent or can someone explain how I'll register and setup the Eversafe ID if it doesn't let me log in to my old account because I do not have an Eversafe ID..?

 

Since I can not log in I had to create this new account to post here... Thanks for any ideas or help, I appreciate it all!
