I signed up for the $35 plan and entered the promo code for the extra 2GB data. My account summary doesn't indicate the extra 2GB

Yes there still is a page displaying the promocode you entered as a current promotion. Wait out the 72 hours and if you do not see the data bonus added to your account contact customer support to have them add it to your account.

Hi @DebbieB   How long you have joined?  there is a chance you can get it back

 

Open a ticket with PM Support and explain the situation and maybe they can assist.  

 

To open the ticket, Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

It is 6MONTH2GB and it expired on Monday, February 21.

Within about 72 hours of activation, you'll see the bonus data under the My Promotions section which is displayed on the bottom right section of your self-serve landing page.

 

The section looks like this below:

@DebbieB  Hmm I don't see any promotions in get started nor is there an announcement on the forums. Did you take a screenshot or anything?

 

The last promotion was Feb 16 to 21st under the announcement section.

 

"Starting February 16 to February 21 at 11:59PM EST, new customers can get 2GB of monthly bonus data for free* for 6 months on $35 plans or higher with promo code: 6MONTH2GB.".

 

 

What promotion code did it tell you to use?

 

On another note if you used a referral code for a $10 sign-up bonus. That will be applied to your account within 72 hours of activation.

Promo rewards will not appear immediately on your account. Usually it is within 2-3 days. If you do not see it by Wednesday (Mar. 2) then contact agent for clarification.

I just joined 30 minutes ago and the offer is listed as valid when I selected to 'get started'.

@DebbieB  What day did you join? as there were certain days to activate. Also it can take 2 business days for it to be applied if you did join on a date that the promotion was available for.
