I ordered a plan yesterday, but I am unsatisfied with the app and customer support. Can I cancel the order before it is activated? If so, will I receive a refund?

@44567   Yes the app has its issues but you only need to use it for activation, once you have finished activation you don't need it any more and can use the website for account management.  The problem with customer service is that most links for help seem to lead to the chatbot/ticket system which is currently not reliable and gives errors or sends people in circles, which is why it is recommended to private message customer support directly using the link @Handy1  gave.  On the odd occasion I have contacted customer service that way they have replied very quickly.
