After almost 2 weeks of using your product I found out that I am also charged by my regular provider in Canada for a daily roaming fee. Someone told me to turn off my primary number in setting so I did that but now your service won't work outside of wifi. Can you help me please?
Is there a phone number so I can actually talk to a person?

It sounds like porting your old number wasn’t completed so your old SIM should still work.
You have 90 minutes to reply with YES to complete the porting but since you missed the time frame. You need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you so click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket. So wait for a agent to restart for you and keep the old SIM in your phone and reply with YES.

@Elisabethmaria If you old provider sim still working it means the port didn’t complete . I will private message you the porting team number . They can re trigger the port request for you . Temper to leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
