Problems with SIM cards ! Just want to add a new one

Out of sevice for 1 month now ! I need to access my account and I keep getting locked out ! All I want to do is add a new sim card .

@ken45  - No service for 1 month?!

Was this since April 1st, during when this issue was happening?

But, if you had no services since your activation date, then it may not be a SIM card issue.

 

While you wait for a response from CSA if you submit a ticket as softech provided, can you provide a bit more details so we could try and help narrow down the issue?

@ken45   You want to "add" new sim card or Change the sim card for your current account/line? (maybe you lost your old sim and you are trying to replace the sim)

 

if you have a new sim card and you want to activate the new sim card for a 2nd line, you will need to activate using a different email address.  You cannot use the same My Account for 2 lines.

 

For your access to the old account issue, you tried to use Forgot Password to reset the password?  If you are unable to reset it that way, please open a ticket with PM Support and have them sort it out for you
