Hello:
I received a message from PM TODAY saying my payment did not go thru and they suspended the account. There is nothing wrong with my CC and still they won't put it thru. I am trying and trying to pay but the site is so slow and I can't get the payment through because the plan won't load.
What do I do?

if still not going through, you can also get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load it using *611

Does your plan work? Sometimes, Public Mobile send these messages by mistake.
To make a payment, a voucher can be purchassed from various stores that carry Public Mobile vouchers. The payment can then be applied using Self Serve or by dialing 611. This would get your service working again until the credit card issue can be corrected.
