Problem with the wifi

I’ve got a problem with the activation of my phone number. My lines are ok but I cannot use my internet service.

 

please, somebody can helpme?.

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do again Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

and you can try to reset network settings on an IPhone

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords,

Just to be sure, log in to your account and check if the data shows up there as available.

 @carlos87 : If Android then maybe post screenshots of the APN settings. If iPhone then connect to wifi and check for updates in About.

Is this a new activation? Are you porting in a phone number?

 @carlos87 : Likely your APN settings. If you mean actual wifi then that's not Public Mobile. Public Mobile offers cellular data as the internet connection.

Do you have a plan with data?

If so, is cellular data turned on?

If you mean you're only using wifi and have no data plan, check if wifi is turned on and connected.
