My credit card was recently hacked. Therefore the one on file is incorrect. Sorry it was my fault for not informing Public Mobile. I am now using my wife's card until my new one arrives. The new card number is xxxxxxxxx.
It is in the name of A M H. Please take the payment from this card.

remove your card number, this is just a forum.
@Garry48 Do more than that if the full credit card number was typed. Have you wife call the credit card company immediately to cancel her card and have it replaced. Anything posted on the internet is permanent even after it gets taken down. I know that someone could just write down a credit card number, but you don't want the credit card number permanently on the internet. Sorry, but you'll both have to go without credit cards until new cards arrive.

Double check your credit card account for the transactions retracted by your credit card issuer. Make sure they have not reversed your Public Mobile plan autopay charge. If this occurs you must contact Public Mobile ASAP to arrange immediate payment. (Or log in and add 2×your plan amount to your account balance).
Since Public Mobile is prepaid service any reversed payments even by mistake are considered fraudulent by the company resulting in account suspension, cash/voucher payments and limited account access for 12 months.

You can also make a payment with vouchers until your CC arrives.
You can purchase vouchers at:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
Then dial 611 on your phone and enter the voucher number.
