Pre Activation Failed

I just subscribed to Public Mobile $34 Can- US plan. After downloading the app, the pre-activation failed and asking to contact support agent. I cannot get agent online. Chat ends just like that. Please help me what should I do?

If you can't omit that information to submit ticket, then you can private message CS_agent instead.

Ticket is asking for SIM number. I don't have a sim card. Didn't receive any QR for E-Sim either.

It may take a few hours to up to 1-2 days for CSA to respond. 

Did you also get an email from PM with a QR code for eSIM?  

Check your phone settings to see whether you see the PM eSIM.

Yes, my account shows payment complete. It is an e-sim. I will try submitting a ticket

Was your credit card charged?  Activate eSIM or physical SIM card?  

You will need to submit a ticket for CSA help.  Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket.
