Good day,
I was going through the process of porting my current number to Freedom but I never received a SMS/Email from Public Mobile with me confirming the port. Would there be a way for me to maybe get a text or email resent?

I hope you didn’t put the PM SIM in the phone to wait for the SMS text from Freedom.
If you didn’t get the text or missed to 90 minute window. Contact a moderator as noted by @Anonymous and @hTideGnow.

Make sure that you have the old sim card in your phone when you're porting your phone. You should get a message from your old carrier asking to confirm if you would like to port your number. Your reply should be: YES.
The confirmation message can take a few minutes to come in. You have 90 minutes from the time of request.
