Hi,
I am signed up with the Koodo $40/6GB plan today, but my PM plan also expires today.
The Koodo sim card will take a few days to arrive, will I still be able to port my number if I don't have an active plan with PM?
Will I have to top up and use the $10/30 (no talk/text/data) or the $22/30 (talk only) to keep my account active for porting?

Hi @mikeklw,
Your plan will have to be active at time of the port so you might have to top up your plan with the cheapest 30 day plan. With that said, I would send a message to the Moderators to see if they can give you an exception before toping up your account.
