I had switched over to Public from Freedom Mobile yesturday and I still do not recieve calls, text and I'm also not able to text most of my contacts. I am able to make a few outgoing calls. How can this be rectified?
Was your credit card charged and did you receive an email that your account was created?
did you provide public mobile your imei or account number when porting?
Looks like the port it's stuck, mine took almost 24 hours from freedom mobile. Luckily i don't have to contact the moderators, but you may want to as cell port should be faster
Is your old account still active? Try your old sim and see if it is still functioning. If it is, you can use your old plan until your port completes.
