Porting from a CLOSED account, reopened so wee can do it!

HI,

 

We had a fido account, which was closed. We tried to port the number, and had partial sucess.

Calls can be made, but not able to receive

 

fido has REopened the account for 24hours so we can PORT the number

but as we already did this, Public Mobile has no option to REport

 

Help is required 

 

Please advise next steps
