Ported my number via esim, however it's stuck on "Activating" - Resolved

Hi, I've ported over from rogers on my iPhone 11, received the text from Rogers to start the transfer, replied Yes, however now  the esim is stuck on "activating...". How do i resolve this problem?

EDIT: Update, the situation resolved itself after timing out and reactivating the eSIM again. Thanks all for helping out.

Thanks for the update, I had a referral that had the same issue, the port eventually went through too.

Resetting the network setting doesn't work unfortunately. But I've PM the CS, let see if they can help.

hi @Wynner 

there is problem with esim activation as one post said, he got thr reply from agent and asked to try again in 6 hours 

but submit a ticket for yourself as well and check if same reply

@Wynner  First try resetting your network settings if that doesn’t work contact support
