Ported from rogers yesterday. Cannot text message

Hello, 

I ported from rogers yesterday and noticed I can't send or receive text messages. I'm locked out of my 2fa accounts. I've tried messaging support but how long do they usually take to get back to you? I'm hoping a reset fixes it. I did try resetting my network settings but it did nothing.

@BlakeT - Public Mobile is having a really unusual big outage in April - with activating with SMS, MMS, and iMessage & FaceTime and changing payment issues.

So CS_Agent may take up to 48 hours after submitting a ticket. They will refresh your account (Like internally reload it without losing your phone number and selected plan.)

And if they don't respond after that, your ticket may have gone unnoticed so I would get you to submit another one.
