Hi,

I just recently signed up with Public mobile. I had my previous account with Fido and wanted to keep my number. I already contacted Fido and they had allowed my number to be portaled to Public mobile. However I haven’t received a text for the confirmation. Could you please help me?

 PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
