Trying to port a phone number and i cant acces anything to do it

i have active sim with koodo and active sim with public mobile with new number but i want to port my old koodo number and replace the new one on public mobile sim 

Please help

@France_4818 i cant submit a ticket at the moment it wont let me click submit

*this issue has also been happening for other categories in the ticket creation process

 

after the page opens, click the dropdown menu and select "other"
then select "something else"
then "next"
and then write your issue in the box and click "submit ticket"

Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.

 

To complete your port-in request, please open our chatbot via this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Moderator.

You will need the assistance of the Moderators.  Click on the "?" in the bottom right hand corner and put in "Port Request" and follow the prompts

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "port request"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
