Port out from Fido problem

Dear community. I recently ported out from FIDO to Public Mobile however I just discovered a problem.

The port request began on Dec 20 2023. I was asked to download an app to complete the port. I downloaded the app and followed the request & it told me it was complete. I made a test call out and worked.

Now I noticed that I am not receiving incoming calls and calls are being redirected to my old sim card.

During the port over I never received a text message asking me to confirm porting out.

Hoping a moderator would be able to help?
