Is anyone else having troubles porting their number over? It’s been a week and still no progress. They gave me a number to call that does not work. I can’t afford to pay for two separate carriers. Im sad. Might have to cancel with public. Plus I made an error in my username, they haven’t even addressed how to fix this.

I'm surprised you've waited this long. Check your mailbox in the top right corner. Please confirm that's the number you called. They SHOULD help you. Very often their reps who answer the phones don't realize they can also do Public Mobile. You can also create a ticket below.
