Port number to different provider

I have been trying for over a week and have submitted several tickets. I have not received any response from PM. Is there no way to speak to a real person, your automated system only takes me on circles. Please port my number ASAP!!!!!!

We are all customers here. Requests posted here are NOT handled by PM staff.

To port out - request transfer number at other provider; keep PM SIM in your phone; reply YES within 90 minutes of port request (SMS). In few hours all will be completed.
Both accounts have to be active and in good standing.
