Please help, my phone was stolen at work, and I don't know what to do. @CS_Agent
1. My phone was stolen and I do not have a self-serve public mobile account for it, so I am unable to login into it and click that it was stolen, I am unable to suspend it, or transfer the number to my new phone.
2. My phone was unlocked..is it possible to erase it to factory setting remotely?
Thank you so much for any help in advance!!

OK, then make sure you add that to your request of the moderators. You will need access to your account in order to remove the suspension and switch SIMs.

try the forgot password feature to discover the email you used. if its an invalid email it will tell you. that way you can tleast find teh correct email.
with that you can ask teh mods to reset yoru password.

@woodlandnicole It is impossible to have phone service with Publc Mobile without an account. What do you mean by that?

What kind of phone was it @woodlandnicole ?
There are some apps that could be used to remotely wipe if you had set it up on Apple or Android.
Did your phone have a screen or pin lock as well or was it open?

You can buy a sim from walmart or wow mobile, or order online (will take longer to get it). Then you can add the new sim to your account and that will disable your previous sim. Please contact the mods. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.
