Going by the first part of your username, are you aware that there's a French side to this site?

I'm not sure what has happened. Does anything work on your old sim? Does anything work on this sim?

I will send you the number to the porting department. They will be able to check the status of your port and assist with restarting it if needed. Also try rebooting your phone first before calling in case that fixes it.

I did a portin number my provider send me a text all was good my number was working in both places but the cancel the porting presses an diactivat my services a public mobile I do not have anymore services
