Hi @Zx1 

This is the Community Forum where other customers can offer advice. To change your plan, login to your account, click Plans, click 4G, and scroll through the plans until you find the one you want. Select "change on renewal" so that you don't lose the remaining days you've already paid for on your current plan.

Hello? I need help changing my plan to an offer I was given 15 G at 4G speed for $40 - is this a live individual?

if you need formal help from PM CS agent, please open ticket     at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
